At Clarks Malaysia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new shoes aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Clarks account and select the 'My Orders' section to request a return authorization for the specific items you wish to send back.

  Pack the Footwear

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Clarks branded box and secure them inside a shipping carton to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of the package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your parcel at any designated courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
